How do you ruin one of THE most powerful and beautiful 4wd’s in 3 seconds? You make the ad busier than a mall the day before Christmas. The car is ALL NEW, yet the main message that it’s NEW barely shows!! The caption doesn’t even address the new car! You add way too much text and unnecessary images that don’t show behind the light colored car. I’m taking this personally because I know how great this car is and now it looks like an airplane ad on a billboard in KSA 😨🥴 shu 7assayto???? .

When it comes to using certain skincare and makeup products, some advice defies logical explanation
I've provided simple, science based explanations to help you understand why these are considered myths and the truth behind them
1)You should avoid parabens.
The truth: The "parabens = bad" myth is so pervasive that many people have opted to take a better-safe-than-sorry approach. We can't say we blame you for being cautious given the alarming, scare-tactic, falsehoods running amok on the internet, but facts are facts and we always prefer you know the truth, not rumor-fueled misinformation
As it turns out, according to published research and global cosmetics regulatory organizations, from the United States and Canada to Europe and Asia, parabens, especially in the small amounts present in personal-care products, are not a problem. It’s that simple.
Although many cosmetics companies have opted to avoid parabens, those who continue to preserve their products with them are not making a mistake. Parabens are among the most effective (and safest) preservatives around!
2) If you wear to much makeup your skin can't breathe
You will hear all kinds of benefits form 'self-proclaimed' beauty experts saying the skin can't breathe without makeup. Fact is: Skin doesn't breathe. Your lungs do that.. Without any barrier, your skin stands to shed dead skin cells faster, which isn't a bad thin
If you're wearing makeup that's appropriate for your skin, however, it shouldn't be much of an issue
3)Natural products are better for the skin
When a product is labelled natural, the majority of the time, there are a few natural ingredients surrounded by a sea of synthetic chemicals, and some are nasty (see eseential oils post)
The existing “Natural” Skincare industry completely deceives the public by using phrases such as 97% Natural, Naturally Derived, Nature Identical, Organic and Plant Based. They also state that Soap is Natural, which couldn’t be further from the truth!
100% Truly Natural simply means that all our ingredients are taken directly from nature using normal mechanical extraction or natural solvents (eg. water!), and no chemicalor physical changes ever occur
This is what self pride and love looks like.
It may have taken me 35 years to find this but I sure as hell am not going back to my old ways of yoyo dieting, binge eating, self hate and sadness.
Thank you all for being part of my journey.
